Refund policy

In Salty Maggie we are committed to the environment, and we believe in a 100% sustainable business model.

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint that damages our planet. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we will give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take several days before your refund is officially posted, so please allow some days for your bank to process it. If you have still have not received a refund, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
