Delivery and Returns

Shipping policy

We work with suppliers from around the world to source the highest-quality products. Our orders are typically shipped within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it normally takes from 5 to 20 working days for items to arrive.

The average delivery time is 7-18 days.

As soon as your product ships, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times. 

 

Returns and refunds

In Salty Maggie we are committed to the environment, and we believe in a 100% sustainable business model.

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint that damages our planet. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we will give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take several days before your refund is officially posted, so please allow some days for your bank to process it. If you have still have not received a refund, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
