How long will it take to ship my item?

The average delivery time is 7-18 days.

Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it may take an additional 5-20 working days for items to arrive.

What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint that damages our planet. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we will give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified. Orders may be sent out before we can process a cancellation. In this case, we will still issue you a refund, but if your item has shipped and you receive the package, please feel free to recycle it, donate it or just enjoy it.

Why has only part of my order arrived?

If you've ordered more than one item, your products may have been separated during processing or sent by different suppliers. Please allow the full 10 to 30 working days for your order/s to arrive.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order – if it's the wrong size, wrong colour, defective or otherwise not exactly as stated in the specifications – then simply notify us, and we will give you a refund. You will not be asked to ship the product back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges; however, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll send you a new one.

Will you notify me if a product I like goes on sale?

If you are new to Salty Maggie, or if you've just signed up, we will ask if you wish to receive updates on offers. If you've opted out of our newsletter by mistake, you can resubscribe on our home page.

How is my discount calculated?

Our discounts are shown at checkout. You can click into your basket at any time to see which discounts have been applied to your cart.
